These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of a 1:1 Personal Live Reading Session provided by Mel The Mirror, operated by Melanie Leppard, Sole Trader (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Nature of Service

This purchase is for a live 1:1 personal reading session conducted via Zoom or a similar video platform.

The session is designed to provide intuitive guidance and energetic insight in response to the questions and themes you submit prior to the session.

This service is provided for educational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

2. Booking & Scheduling

After purchase, you must complete the required session questionnaire before receiving access to the scheduling link.

Once submitted, you will receive a private link to book your session.

Sessions must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe unless otherwise agreed.

3. Session Attendance & Rescheduling

You are responsible for attending your scheduled session at the agreed time.

If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required.

Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be rescheduled.

In cases of genuine emergency, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

4. Recording

Sessions may be recorded and provided to you for personal use recognizing that you can revisit the guidance.

Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without written permission.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the limited availability and personalised nature of live sessions:

• All sales are final once the session has been completed.
• If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you may reschedule.
• Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

6. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for the session.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by your technical setup or connectivity.

All guidance, recordings, and materials shared during the session remain the intellectual property of Mel The Mirror.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

8. Personal Responsibility

By participating in this session, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
• Participation is voluntary
• The session does not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological support

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in this session.

10. Modifications
